We’re thrilled to welcome Jean Ford to the Stonebridge team as Principal Consultant.
With over 30 years of experience spanning consulting, project management, and energy
innovation, Jean is a strategic advisor known for driving operational excellence across
the natural gas value chain—from wellhead to burner tip.
Jean joins Stonebridge to lead the growth of our Midstream and LNG practice, following
one of our most successful years to date. She brings deep expertise in business
process reengineering, system implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
She’s led strategic initiatives at top firms like Accenture, Capgemini, and Publicis-
Sapient. Jean also pioneered the first web-based EBB for gas transport—earning three
industry awards and a nomination by Steve Jobs for the ComputerWorld Smithsonian
Award for Innovator of the Year in energy.
“What attracted me to Stonebridge was its strong alignment with my expertise in
Midstream and LNG, where I can contribute as a subject matter expert. I was
particularly impressed by the company’s emphasis on strategic, high-impact projects
over a traditional staff augmentation model. This focus resonates with my aspiration to
take on meaningful responsibilities—especially in a Project Manager role—where I can
deliver tangible value and drive successful outcomes,” Jean explains.
Jean is also passionate about infrastructure development and aims to build internal
repositories of tools and accelerators to support both sales and delivery—enabling
faster ramp-up and more efficient execution.
A graduate of Regis University with a Project Management Certificate, Jean is also a
tireless advocate for dog rescue. She and her daughter foster puppies and previously
operated a transport company to relocate at-risk dogs to new homes across the U.S.
