TULSA, Okla., Oct. 4, 2016 – Stonebridge Consulting, a leading provider of business advisory and technology services for next-gen oil and gas, announced today that James E. Wahrenberger has joined the firm’s leadership team as Managing Director.
Wahrenberger, who has more than 25 years’ professional experience in the business, information technology and consulting sides of the oil and gas industry, reports to Stonebridge Consulting President Adam Hutchinson and is based out of the company’s Houston office.
“James is a powerful addition to Stonebridge’s leadership team and we are privileged to have him join us,” Hutchinson said. “With his broad industry in E&P and midstream operations, hands-on technology expertise and proven track record of success, James brings a unique and valuable perspective in client relations, business development, partner management and project delivery.”
As Stonebridge Managing Director, Wahrenberger is responsible for originating, managing and delivering new client consulting engagements throughout the North America oil and gas market. His duties include providing strategic direction to new and existing clients and overseeing Stonebridge client delivery teams regarding project scoping, budget oversight, project planning and overall client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Stonebridge, Wahrenberger was at global energy management company Schneider Electric, where he was Director of Technical and Professional Services for O&G Solutions. Prior, he was at Devon Energy, where he held various senior management and supervisory positions managing multi-million dollar operating budgets. Wahrenberger holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas.
