TULSA, Okla., Nov. 12, 2015 – Stonebridge Consulting Managing Director Trevor Hicks has been reelected as Chair of the Professional Petroleum Data Management (PPDM) Association Board of Directors. The election took place at PPDM’s Annual General Meeting held in conjunction with the 2015 Calgary Data Management Symposium and Tradeshow, Oct. 19-21.
“I want to thank PPDM President Trudy Curtis and my PPDM colleagues for the privilege of serving a second term as Chair of the PPDM Board of Directors,” Hicks said. “I look forward to working with the new and returning Board members to continue the important work PPDM is doing to build the data management community, body of knowledge and professional development opportunities.”
Hicks has more than 20 years of experience in developing software and information systems for the oil and gas industry. Before joining Stonebridge Consulting as Managing Director in the firm’s Houston office, Hicks was a senior principal at an oil and gas consulting firm. Prior, he held senior management roles at Baker Hughes, DNV GL and Schlumberger. Hicks holds a bachelor’s degree in math from the University of Tulsa; a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin; and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
