TULSA, Okla., Aug. 13, 2013 – Stonebridge, the Tulsa-based business and technology services company, today announced that in the first half of the year its Remedyforce Professional Services consulting practice achieved 200 percent quarter-to-quarter growth in clients, revenue and staff.

Stonebridge formed its Remedyforce practice less than a year ago to help small and midsize businesses implement and optimize Remedyforce, a simpler and more affordable IT help desk in the cloud from industry leader BMC Software. In that short time Stonebridge has successfully completed more than 25 Remedyforce solution implementations and today employs more certified Remedyforce consultants than any other BMC partner in North America.

Stonebridge Vice President Samir Kumar said, “Last year we made a strategic decision to invest in our BMC partnership by creating a dedicated Remedyforce consulting practice, and our investment has paid dividends even more quickly than we had imagined.”

According to Kumar, Stonebridge differentiates itself as a Remedyforce consulting provider by its deep experience in the IT Service Management space; its BSM 360° Solution Framework, which provides a seamless blueprint for enabling all ITIL processes, technologies, policies, people, value realization and adoption, while ensuring governance controls, direction and risk; a pre-implementation proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate to clients how they will achieve the accelerated and predicted values during implementation, configuration and onboarding; and Stonebridge’s subscription-based BSM SmartSourcemanaged services for ongoing support and management of the client’s Remedyforce solution.

Remedyforce, which was developed by BMC Software and salesforce.com for the small and midsize business market, is a specialized application for IT departments. It packages a defined set of pre-configured, “out of the box” IT help desk processes—such as incident and problem management, self-service and request management, configuration, asset, change management, mobility, and more—all built to ITIL-based best practices in IT service delivery.

The Remedyforce application includes a self-service portal that automates repetitive help-desk processes such as password resets and requests for network access, enabling users to proactively initiate and monitor routine IT support needs.

Remedyforce is a cloud-based “Software as a Service” (SaaS) application that runs on salesforce.com’s Force.com platform, which provides organizations with an alternative to on-premise systems that require purchasing and managing hardware and software.
