TULSA, Okla., Oct. 31, 2018 – Charity Queret of Stonebridge Consulting will be a featured presenter at the 2018 Denver Petroleum Data Symposium. The symposium, sponsored by the Professional Petroleum Data Management (PPDM) Association, will take place Nov. 7th at Anadarko’s offices in downtown Denver.
The theme of this year’s event is “Data as an Asset: How Data and Analytics Add Value to Your Business.” Queret’s presentation on “Quantifying Business Intelligence ROI” will focus on practical strategies for developing metrics for demonstrating the tangible and intangible financial values of business intelligence initiatives.
“While quantifying the benefits of a business intelligence project is problematic, it is not impossible,” Queret said. “My presentation goal is to highlight proven techniques I use for identifying and calculating the value of BI incorporating financial and non-financial ROI.”
Queret is a senior consultant at Stonebridge. She has over 20 years of experience in designing and developing end-to-end business intelligence and data warehousing solutions. Her data management expertise includes business intelligence services, such as Cognos and Crystal development, requirements gathering, data verification, data mapping and testing. She also provides documentation of existing systems, user manuals and training and BI roadmaps for future development.
