TULSA, Okla., Feb. 15, 2017 – Stonebridge Consulting, a leading provider of business advisory and technology solutions for next-gen oil and gas, is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the 2017 kickoff meeting of the Greater Oklahoma Chapter of Women’s Energy Network’s (WEN OK).

The Feb. 23 event will be held from 5:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. at Tulsa’s The Vault restaurant, located at 620 S. Cincinnati Ave. Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served.

The kickoff meeting is open to WEN members and non-members like, said Stonebridge’s Kate Stevenson, who also serves on the WEN OK board of directors. “We are really looking forward to sharing what’s happening at WEN OK in 2017 with members and helping them grow their professional networks. Plus, we’re expecting to see a lot of new faces who are interested in being a part of WEN,” Stevenson said.

The event also features a presentation on overcoming workplace conflict by noted leadership author and coach Brett M. Hutton. Admission is $10 for WEN members and $20 for non-members. Online registration is available here.

WEN OK was launched in October 2015. The organization grew to more than 800 members statewide within its first year. Currently, membership consists of individual, corporate and government memberships from across the state, and includes professionals in engineering, geoscience, accounting, legal, land, IT and other professions.

Founded in 1994, WEN is based on Schaumburg, Ill., and has more than 4,000 members. It has chapters in Appalachia, Greater Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, North Texas, Greater Oklahoma, Permian Basis, South Louisiana, South Texas and Washington, D.C. areas. WEN’s Greater Oklahoma Chapter was founded in 2015 and encompasses the cities of Tulsa, Cushing, Oklahoma City and Bartlesville.
