TULSA, Okla., Feb. 19, 2014 – Stonebridge, the award-winning business consulting and technology services firm, today announced that Cory Knowles has joined the company as Managing Director in its Dallas office.
Knowles is an expert in enterprise systems integration in upstream and midstream oil and gas companies and has more than 15 years’ experience from both the business and consulting sides of the oil and gas industry.
As Stonebridge Managing Director, Knowles is responsible for driving the company’s business with oil and gas clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex (DFW). He also will provide industry guidance and hands-on support in helping drive new and existing business in Stonebridge’s target markets of Houston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Denver and Calgary. Knowles reports directly to Stonebridge Vice President Adam Hutchinson.

Prior to joining Stonebridge, Knowles was managing partner of his own oil & gas management consulting firm, Knowles Enterprises, LLC, which specialized in creating energy trading and risk management (ETRM) solutions. He also worked at Chesapeake Energy directing the company’s implementation of the Allegro 8 ETRM enterprise software suite. Knowles also served as chief architect of ETRM systems at Opportune, LLP, a Houston-based independent consulting company focused on the energy industry, as well as at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he served as the lead client service manager for their global energy markets practice. Knowles earned a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and has MBAs in Marketing and Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University.
