Password Recovery - How To Proceed

It is best to use our online support center. Explain the password recovery service you need and include the type and version of file along with the estimated length of the password you might have used.You can also upload the file to us from there.

Consider using WinZip to compress your file before sending it to us.

• If your file is less than 15MB, you can use our online support center.
• If your file is larger than 15MB, you will need to place the file on a CD or other similar media and ship it to us.

We currently accept Paypal for our online payments. Once we have recovered the password, we will notify you via email with a Paypal link for payment.

• Passwords will not be sent until payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to require additional proof of ownership.
