Missing Employee & Files

That's what happened to one company. It started out innocently enough. An employee called in explaining that he was unable to be at work. A second call was made the following day. Over the weekend it was apparent the employee would not be returning again.

Knowing that there was important documents located on the computer used by the employee, the owner began looking for the documents. Upon review of his computer, numerous documents, spreadsheets, proposals and customer correspondence could not be located, including several time sensitive documents. That is when we were contacted.

Armed with this very general information, we began our search.

Within a day, we had recovered the numerous missing documents and forwarded them to the company. They were not interested in determine why or how the information was deleted and therefore we did not spend extra time during our examination.
